Zusammenfassung

Neben der Hypoplasie des Wirbelbogens können auch Hypo- und Dysplasie der Wirbel- und Gelenkfortsätze, Elongation der Zwischenwirbelgelenkstücke und Spondylolysen auftreten. Die kongenitale Natur der Veränderungen ist erblich möglich. Wichtig ist, Frakturen und Akzessoria der Knochen zu differenzieren.

Abstract

In addition to hypoplasia of the vertebral arch, hypoplasia and dysplasia of the vertebral and articular processes, elongation of the intervertebral joint segments, and spondylolysis may also occur. The congenital nature of this changes is not proved, but heredity seems probable. It is important to differentiate fractures and acessories of bones.
